He had our new tank installed plus the upgrades needed to bring us up to current code, in less than 24 Hrs of coming to our house to write an estimate… Great customer service is hard to find in today’s world… Steve is a step above the rest. This has to be one of the best experiences I have had with a company in quite some time. I was stressing over the cost and everything but Hot Water Tanks made this really easy. I have to admit I was a little nervous with the estimate and payment process but the outcome was exceptional.

Great experience from start to finish. Efficient operation, just texted a picture of our failing hot water tank in vertical view around 12:30pm. Respond back right away and said an estimate was being prepared. Got a detailed estimate by 3pm and answered all my questions. Scheduled our install for the next day and showed up on time. Getting a courtesy text when 5 minutes away was really nice too. Very professional and friendly. Waisted no time getting to work. He had everything needed for the install. Very clean and efficient install also very respectful of us and our home. Final bill matches estimate, so no surprises. Honest and fair. Cleaned up and hauled the old tank away. Professional workmanship showing pride in the details. Everything looks great. Highly recommend!

Steve got me a good quote quickly and his 5-star reviews have new confidence he would do a good job. And I wasn’t wrong! Steve installed a new water heater, disposed of the old one, was very professional and friendly, and even helped out with a stubborn drain valve I was having on a sink for no extra charge. Steve came by after I had a leak in my shower and was extremely personable and professional. Even though he was sent by my home warranty company to check out the shower, he let me show him some other minor issues around the house and offered advice on how I could solve the issues myself or what kind of work would need to be done. As a first-time home buyer, that was a fantastic experience. Knowing that there are people out there that are willing to help and not charge by the minute for advice is fantastic. My hot water tank went out after 15 years. Hot Water Tanks LLC was sent to me by a warranty company. I really liked him a lot I could tell he was an honest person and knew what he was talking about … but the company denied my claim because it was leaking (omg)
(Don’t get a select home warranty, ugh) So I called him back to put it in out of my pocket. I had called Lowe’s just to check prices, and they were a lot more expensive. He worked around my schedule and installed a great new tank in a timely manner. And at a decent price and I am super happy to have hot water again !! I highly recommend this company!!

Inquired about a hot water tank quote, and he even offered to install it the same day, which I was surprised by and agreed to do. Let me just say that Steve didn’t disappoint in any area. I called Steve on Sunday because hot water was running steadily out of the overflow pipe of the tank. He was out of town but said he would be back around 5 and stop by then. Bottom line, the tank is about 20 years old, and we need a new one. He gave a quote and said he could install it the next morning. He arrived promptly, finished the job quickly, and cleaned the area. I also showed him a toilet we were having problems with,h and he gave us several options. We are having that work done next week. Steve is responsible, hardworking, and fair. I would strongly recommend him for any plumbing job.

From the first call to Steve about a quote for a new hot water heater, he was very responsive, very professional, on time, and just an overall friendly guy. He quoted me that same day via a digital quote. I then asked him if he could install a kitchen faucet for me, and he quoted me a price, showed up on time, and did a great job. I know it’s not easy crawling under my sink since it’s deep and with the garbage disposal, there isn’t much space, but he didn’t flinch and got the job done! I will be using him again in the very near future for some additional plumbing work that is needed. It’s nice in this crazy world to find someone who is what they say they are.
